- Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and executive audiences
- U.S. Person status to access export-controlled data
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end execution of AI programs from opportunity framing through launch and adoption.
- Partner with software and AI engineers, product leaders, and business stakeholders to define technical plans and delivery milestones.
- Drive alignment across data, platform, application, security, and business teams to scope and sequence work.
- Establish and run program operating rhythms: sprint planning, dependency tracking, risk management, and executive updates.
- Evaluate and guide implementation of AI-enabled automation, agentic workflows, and internal tooling.
- Create visibility into delivery health, technical risks, and business impact; intervene to keep programs on track.
- Support adoption of frontier AI tooling and AI-native development practices across CorpTech Platform.
- Coordinate launch readiness and measure outcomes for operational integration and adoption.
Education
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Comfort engaging with engineers and technical leadership on architecture and integration trade-offs
