Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project and execution plans covering feature development, testing, validation, deployment, and monitoring
- Set clear objectives and deliverables aligned with program needs and technical requirements
- Maintain deep technical understanding of algorithms and interfaces for tracking, classification, threat prediction, and battle management
- Oversee release planning and execution, ensuring releases meet quality standards before deployment
- Serve as primary point of contact for project communications with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Allocate and monitor resources (personnel, software, hardware) and adjust to avoid bottlenecks
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies with SMEs, and maintain an up-to-date risk management plan
- Ensure comprehensive project documentation and continuously improve project management processes
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across business lines and engineering teams to meet integration requirements
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
