Responsibilities
- Capture and document current-state payroll workflows and SME knowledge into build-ready requirements
- Define and document variance threshold rules and checklist validation logic with payroll stakeholders
- Develop functional and technical requirements for variance detection, checklist validation, and case management
- Track project progress, maintain status reporting, and communicate updates to executive stakeholders
- Coordinate UAT efforts and support pilot close activities
- Create SOPs and runbooks to support operational handoff
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMI, CBAP) are a plus
