Responsibilities
- Scope projects and manage execution from initiation through completion
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Planning, Production, and Facilities to deliver results
- Collect data, perform analyses, and present findings to leadership
- Translate metrics and KPIs into actionable plans to monitor project health and efficiency
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and develop response plans
Education
- Relevant degree preferred but not strictly required; equivalent experience accepted
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, or related technical discipline a plus
