Responsibilities
- Open jobs in the Dashboard with complete, accurate creative briefs
- Work with Traffic Manager on production jobs and trafficking
- Obtain and track client and co-op/compliance approvals with accurate record-keeping
- Perform weekly website audits to find 404s and outdated campaigns and take corrective action
- Initiate, manage (co-op/compliance approval), and post monthly web assets (offer sliders, specials, landing pages)
- Submit dealer websites for monthly compliance approval, make required changes, and file approval letters
- Make creative changes per client or Account Executive direction
- Proofread all assets for vehicle accuracy, contact info, headlines, and content before sending to clients/vendors
- Complete insertion orders and obtain media estimates based on advertising budgets
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendors to execute monthly creative plans
- Support event logistics, mailings, training kits, and other media outreach activities as needed
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred
