Sr. Solutions Architect

6sense is a growth-focused B2B SaaS company on a mission to multiply what matters: growth, retention, and efficiency. We are hiring a Senior (Post-Sales) Solutions Architect to partner with Strategic and Enterprise Customer Success teams to design architectures, lead integrations, and drive adoption across large, complex accounts so customers realize full value and long-term ROI.

Skills

  • Solution architecture and enterprise software experience
  • Data integration and ETL/ELT tooling knowledge
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP)
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CDP platforms
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and REST/SOAP APIs
  • Ability to script or program (Python, Java, C++)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Strategic and Enterprise CSMs to lead post-sale technical activities including enablement, demos, PoV workshops, and advanced use-case development.
  • Facilitate architecture design sessions and integration planning aligned to customer objectives.
  • Document business and technical requirements and communicate value to technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Act as technical liaison between Customer Success, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Design multi-product implementations, systems integrations, and data architectures within customer environments.
  • Identify technical optimization opportunities to improve customer outcomes and platform ROI.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams and help evolve delivery tooling and processes.
  • Build and deliver reports and dashboards to help customers track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
  • Relevant professional certifications (Salesforce, AWS, data/integration tools) are a plus
