Responsibilities
- Support enterprise-level projects focused on career development, learning enablement, and organizational effectiveness
- Research and pilot AI/digital tools to enhance personalized career and learning experiences
- Create, organize, and summarize program materials, templates, and data-driven insights
- Collaborate with People Partners and subject matter experts to deliver project milestones
- Track tasks, feedback, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Assist with onboarding, program logistics, and intern professional development events
- Analyze program data and produce concise summaries and recommendations
Education
- Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or a graduate student
- Majors such as Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, Education, or related fields
