Skills
- Deep expertise in data protection, backup & recovery, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity
- Hands‑on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and container security
- Strong knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) and enterprise storage
- Practical experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Solid understanding of networking, security, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST), and IT governance
- Experience in post‑sales consulting, professional services, or solution delivery for large enterprise customers
- Proven ability to lead technical transformation initiatives and work collaboratively with partners and internal stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions and analyze customer environments and requirements
- Design high‑level and detailed solution architectures and produce low‑level design and implementation plans
- Create and maintain reference architectures and standardize deployment patterns
- Define project scope, estimates, timelines, and resource needs with Project Managers and stakeholders
- Provide hands‑on implementation support and technical leadership for on‑prem, cloud, and Kasten deployments
- Support PoCs, workshops, architecture validation, and troubleshooting of complex technical issues
- Guide partner‑led implementations to ensure alignment with Veeam best practices
- Engage with customers and internal teams to ensure successful adoption and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders
- Evaluate emerging technologies (containers, security, hybrid cloud) and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional certifications (cloud, virtualization, security) strongly preferred
