Attain Partners is a mission-driven consulting firm serving education, nonprofit, healthcare, and government clients. They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-lifecycle recruiting for IT and management consulting roles, build strong pipelines for niche technical skillsets, and act as a strategic hiring partner across the organization.

Skills

  • 4+ years full lifecycle technical recruiting experience
  • Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels (LinkedIn, SeekOut, job boards, events)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using ATS and hiring technologies

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and consulting roles, from sourcing to offer and onboarding support
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create role strategies, and deliver hiring plans
  • Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, SeekOut, job boards, networking, and events
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche skillsets such as Salesforce and Workday
  • Provide an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience and represent Attain as an employer of choice
  • Participate in hiring events, process improvement initiatives, and TA special projects
  • Track recruiting metrics and communicate status and recommendations to stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • Relevant recruiting or HR certifications considered a plus
  • Open to candidates with commensurate experience in lieu of formal degree
