- Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort using ATS and hiring technologies
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and consulting roles, from sourcing to offer and onboarding support
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, create role strategies, and deliver hiring plans
- Source passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, SeekOut, job boards, networking, and events
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche skillsets such as Salesforce and Workday
- Provide an exceptional, white-glove candidate experience and represent Attain as an employer of choice
- Participate in hiring events, process improvement initiatives, and TA special projects
- Track recruiting metrics and communicate status and recommendations to stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant recruiting or HR certifications considered a plus
- Open to candidates with commensurate experience in lieu of formal degree
