Responsibilities
- Identify and build AI-driven capabilities that unlock revenue, margin expansion, and market differentiation
- Drive product and platform development from concept to deployed solutions in partnership with IT and engineering
- Rapidly test, iterate, and deploy high-impact experiments tied to measurable business metrics
- Replace legacy workflows with AI-native approaches across warehousing, transportation, and business services
- Prioritize initiatives by business impact (revenue, margin, speed, win rate) and communicate ROI to leadership
- Establish best practices for responsible AI usage and ensure secure use of enterprise data and tools
- Position ITS as a technology-forward disruptor through external and internal stakeholder engagement
- Lead cross-functional teams and influence senior leaders to adopt new models, platforms, and processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or related field preferred
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) a plus but not required
- Willingness to relocate to Reno, NV or work hybrid with ~60% time in Reno for Bay Area candidates
