Account Executive - Inside Sales

Scotch is building the next-generation operating system for beverage alcohol retailers — a modern POS, payments, back office, and e-commerce platform. We’re looking for a high-energy Account Executive based in Denver to sell our integrated solution to independent liquor store owners across the U.S., drive new business through outbound and inbound outreach, and occasionally support onboarding and customer success for the deals you close.

Skills

  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and cold outreach
  • Strong verbal communication and consultative selling skills
  • Familiarity with CRMs and modern sales enablement tools
  • Ability to explain technical products to non-technical small business owners
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable in a performance-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new liquor store customers via a mix of outbound cold calling and inbound leads
  • Sell Scotch’s integrated operating system (hardware, software, payments, e-commerce) and clearly articulate ROI to small business owners
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution and handoff to onboarding, stepping in as needed to ensure customer success
  • Use CRM and sales enablement tools to track activity, pipeline, and forecast accurately
  • Collaborate with commercial peers and executive team in the Denver office to iterate on messaging, playbooks, and processes

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
