Responsibilities
- Direct execution of multi-product, cross-platform technical programs with executive visibility
- Define sequencing, governance, launch readiness criteria, and operational success metrics
- Manage cross-org roadmaps, dependencies, and resource/decision tradeoffs
- Partner with senior engineers and architects to validate integration patterns and risks
- Implement clear ownership models and resolve conflicting priorities to maintain momentum
- Ensure non-functional requirements (observability, supportability, billing, security, GTM) are integrated into lifecycle
- Design reusable program mechanisms: cadences, dashboards, templates, and playbooks
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
