Skills
- 5+ years program/project management experience, preferably in service operations or related areas.
- Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Coda, Smartsheet) and familiarity with Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication; ability to align diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing AI or automation solutions in operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Plan, scope, and execute end-to-end programs from intake through launch readiness and retrospective.
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear plans, surface tradeoffs, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Identify and drive automation and AI opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and routing.
- Establish and maintain operating rhythms: meeting cadences, decision logs, escalation paths, and dependency tracking.
- Build and maintain program reporting and visibility for stakeholders and leadership.
- Proactively manage risks, close loops, and drive follow-through on commitments.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant certifications (CAPM, PMP) are a plus but not required.
