We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Manager to join the global Commercial Label Partnerships team. This team runs business-critical relationships with major and indie labels, drives cross-functional strategic initiatives, and helps our industry partners optimize their use of Spotify’s full suite of products and services. This role is responsible for owning partner operational support for major and independent labels.
You will act as the day-to-day owner of major and independent partner inquiries for rights management on Spotify, working alongside partnership leads. You will also closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we are developing products with partner-centric solutions in mind. Other responsibilities for this role will include external educational resource development, scaled onboarding of new label partners, and technical project management of rights management-related initiatives at Spotify.The United States base range for this position is $71,000 - $101,000, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays.
