- Proficiency in CAD and production of engineering drawings and specifications

Responsibilities
- Create and iterate CAD, engineering drawings, analyses, component specifications, and risk assessments to maximize reliability.
- Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions across development, production, test, integration, and launch.
- Design manufacturable, high-reliability flow-control devices (valves, actuators, regulators) with simplified and optimized architectures.
- Plan and execute component testing and checkouts across multiple build, test, and launch sites, ensuring safe procedures.
- Partner with supply chain, manufacturing, testing, and flight teams to achieve high yield and production rate targets.
- Coordinate and lead peer teams informally to assign responsibilities, drive execution, and maintain technical accountability.
- Inform system-level architecture decisions, balancing component capabilities and vulnerabilities to minimize payload cost.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or physics (required)
- Master's degree in mechanical/aerospace engineering (preferred)
