Senior Territory Manager

SonicWall is a 30+-year cybersecurity leader focused on partner-first distribution of security solutions across cloud, hybrid and traditional environments. We seek a results-driven Senior Territory Manager to grow revenue through strategic channel engagement, build strong distributor/reseller relationships, and execute territory plans in a quota-driven, remote field role.

Skills

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a channel-driven sales environment
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity products, architectures, and solution selling
  • Experience building territory strategies and partner business plans
  • Proficiency in pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and effective in remote/cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel within territory

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the channel sales strategy for an assigned territory to meet or exceed quota via distributors and resellers
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline; deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts
  • Develop and nurture strategic partner and enterprise customer relationships to drive long-term growth
  • Design and implement channel enablement, joint go-to-market programs, and partner incentives
  • Create and execute joint business plans and conduct quarterly business reviews with partners
  • Translate SonicWall’s cybersecurity portfolio into partner-led solutions, proposals, and customer presentations
  • Manage territory governance, performance tracking, and partner scorecards
  • Serve as product and market subject matter expert to support partner technical and commercial needs

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in channel sales, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology sales
