Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain onboarding content and courses for Solutions Engineers
- Support new Solutions Engineers through their first 90 days and first year to ensure role readiness
- Create and manage continuing education and enablement programs for ongoing skill maintenance
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development support for Solutions Engineers
- Drive development project deliverables aligned with strategic leadership goals
- Partner with enablement and cross-functional teams on tool implementations, roadmaps, and change management
- Produce and distribute reports on program adoption, content effectiveness, and business insights
- Coordinate events and enablement sessions to keep the team current with product and industry trends
- Provide technical demo environment support and become an expert in Smartsheet products
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Relevant certifications in training, program management, or technical domains are a plus
