Learning & Development Specialist

SK hynix America is a global leader in DRAM and NAND flash memory technologies, driving innovation across mobile, cloud, and AI applications. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist to design, implement, and manage training systems, coordinate external providers, and administer government-funded workforce development programs in support of company-wide talent development.

Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Training program design and instructional material development
  • Vendor management and contract coordination
  • Experience with government-funded training or workforce programs
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and documentation skills
  • Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and report metrics
  • Cross-functional communication and stakeholder collaboration
  • Bilingual Korean/English (highly preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve company-wide training and development systems, including onboarding, compliance, and professional development programs.
  • Identify organizational and role-based training needs through collaboration with department leaders and performance analysis.
  • Develop training materials, delivery schedules, and evaluation metrics to measure training effectiveness.
  • Plan, develop, and maintain employee training manuals, SOPs, and learning guides to support systematic talent development.
  • Create, standardize, and manage documentation for onboarding, job roles, internal processes, and best practices.
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate internal and external training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers, consultants, educational institutions, and workforce development agencies.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for vendors and partners related to HRD initiatives, ensuring service quality and contract compliance.
  • Manage government-funded training subsidies and grants, including applications, compliance, documentation, audits, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with government agencies for submission, approval, and reimbursement of training-related subsidies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field (required)
  • Relevant certifications in training or HR (preferred)
