Sales Development Representative

Pushpay is a fast-growing payments and engagement platform that supports churches and nonprofits with mobile apps, management software, and giving technology. They are seeking a motivated, personable Sales Development Representative to make outbound contact with prospects, qualify leads, and set meetings for Account Executives within a metric-driven, team-oriented environment.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening.
  • Strong computer proficiency (Mac OSX, Google Workspace, Salesforce).
  • Experience with high-volume outbound sales and appointment setting.
  • Ability to connect client business needs to solutions.
  • Resilience and positive attitude in a metric-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls, emails, and texts to qualify churches and nonprofits (minimum ~70 cold calls/day).
  • Schedule 1–2 appointments per day (in-person or Zoom) between prospects and Account Executives.
  • Prospect 5–10 accounts daily and maintain an active pipeline.
  • Conduct value-based discovery to understand prospect challenges and articulate Pushpay's value proposition.
  • Use Salesforce and Outreach.io to build and manage pipeline, follow-ups, and account blueprints.
  • Update account records with accurate contacts and contact details.
  • Invite church leaders to webinars, events, and educational experiences.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
