About the Opportunity
One of Pine Services Group's portfolio companies is adding an experienced Account Manager to its team. This organization is a well-established player in the ERP reseller space, serving small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. The team is collaborative, client-focused, and committed to delivering long-term value to its customers.
Position Overview
In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of existing SMB clients, serving as their primary relationship manager and trusted advisor. You will be responsible for understanding each client's business objectives, identifying opportunities to expand their technology footprint, and delivering solutions that drive measurable value.
This is a pure account expansion role with no cold calling or new business development responsibilities. You will inherit an established book of existing accounts and be empowered to build on those relationships from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing SMB clients
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned accounts
Conduct proactive account planning conversations to understand client goals, technology needs, and annual priorities
Identify, develop, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the ERP and ISV ecosystem
Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline and opportunity records within the CRM
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a high standard of client satisfaction and retention
Meet and exceed assigned annual revenue targets
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in an account management, client success, or related role within ERP software or a technology reseller environment
Experience with Sage 300 and/or Sage Intacct strongly preferred
Familiarity with the ERP ISV ecosystem including sales tax, accounts payable automation, or payments integrations is a strong plus
Demonstrated track record of proactively identifying and closing revenue opportunities within an existing client base
Strong CRM discipline with consistent pipeline management and documentation habits
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and personally accountable to performance targets
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote environment across a national client base

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience
On-Target Earnings: $120,000 - $130,000
Uncapped commission structure -- top performers earn significantly above OTE
