Account Supervisor (Field Ops)

RAPP is a global precision marketing agency within Omnicom that combines data, creativity, technology, and empathy to drive client growth. We are seeking an Account Supervisor (Field Ops) to act as a Dealer Marketing Services Representative, delivering in-person consultations, analyzing dealer marketing performance, and building trusted relationships with OEM dealers across Detroit and assigned territories.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time across multiple dealer accounts
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently and overnight

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing dealer clients
  • Conduct up to three one-hour in-person dealership consultations per day, delivering data-driven recommendations
  • Analyze dealer performance and recommend optimizations for creative, strategy, programs, and platforms
  • Monitor advertising compliance for dealers in assigned territory
  • Support annual business planning and review quarterly dealer marketing plans
  • Partner with OEM field representatives to coordinate joint consultations and marketing improvements
  • Drive KPIs and report on engagement, utilization, and performance targets
  • Manage retention, product penetration, and growth of assigned dealerships
  • Escalate and resolve customer issues; communicate proactively up to Dealer Principal/General Manager levels
  • Document and distribute daily contact reports and maintain activity logs
  • Complete required training programs and assessments
  • Travel up to 50% for monthly in-person consultations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive or equivalent work experience
  • Completion of role-specific training and assessments as required
