Services Partnerships Manager

Parloa builds agentic AI for enterprise customer experience, powering over one billion interactions for major global brands. The Services Partnerships Manager will own and grow strategic relationships with CX Integrators and Regional Systems Integrators across North America, driving partner-sourced pipeline, influencing complex enterprise deals, and coordinating cross-functional execution to scale services-led revenue.

Skills

  • Experience building and managing strategic partnerships with CX integrators or SIs
  • Proven ability to influence and drive complex enterprise sales cycles jointly with sales teams
  • Strong pipeline and opportunity management skills, including account mapping and joint prospecting
  • Cross-functional coordination with solution engineering and professional services
  • Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication in complex environments

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of CX Integrators and Regional Systems Integrators across North America
  • Develop and execute joint business plans, GTM strategies, and pipeline targets with partners
  • Drive pipeline creation via account mapping, joint prospecting, and opportunity planning
  • Lead partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals end-to-end, resolving risks and blockers
  • Orchestrate deal execution across Sales, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services
  • Enable partners to position, sell, and deliver Parloa solutions and scale partner offerings
  • Maintain pipeline discipline and visibility across partner-driven opportunities
  • Provide structured feedback on partner performance and GTM execution to inform strategy

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • Relevant industry certifications or continuous learning in SaaS/enterprise sales are a plus
