Skills
- 8+ years of Salesforce development or platform engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation, Flows, object modeling, permissions and integrations
- Strong API integration skills and experience maintaining integration reliability
- Proven ability to design and refactor systems for durability, performance, and maintainability
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Data, Architecture, TPM, Revenue/RevOps)
- Excellent production debugging and problem-solving skills
- Clear communicator able to explain technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Salesforce automation, flows, custom objects, and permission models
- Implement architectural designs faithfully and translate intent into robust platform functionality
- Own API-based integrations between Salesforce and upstream/downstream systems
- Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of GTM systems and reduce technical debt
- Partner with Data Strategy and data engineers to ensure clean data generation and correct ingestion
- Participate in incident response, platform debugging, and production troubleshooting
- Migrate functionality into core platforms to eliminate fragile workarounds and redundant tools
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to demonstrate relevant platform engineering experience in interviews
