Associate Partnership Solutions Coordinator - University of Alabama
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a professional and positive representative of Learfield on campus, maintaining strong working relationships with university partners and ensuring all interactions reflect well on both the property and the school
- Support execution of sponsorship elements to ensure fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Assist with gameday and event operations, including setup of in-venue signage, hospitality areas/suites, and promotional displays
- Support fulfillment of on- and off-field/court sponsorship activations (displays, promotional handouts, contests, etc.)
- Prepare proposals and presentations using PowerPoint
- Utilize proprietary systems to support reporting, data entry, and basic analysis
- Communicate with athletics staff, promotions personnel, and Sports Properties team members; assist with select client/partner interactions
- Provide general office and administrative support
- Assist with gameday program sales
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with social media platforms
- Reliable, punctual, and able to consistently meet the demands of a gameday/event-driven schedule
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support athletic events
