Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate programs aligned with evolving market trends and social impact goals
  • Define and track key performance indicators, ensuring measurable outcomes and high-quality program delivery
  • Oversee operational structures, resources, and systems to drive efficiency, scalability, and strong participant engagement
  • Serve as a senior external representative, building and maintaining strategic partnerships with corporate stakeholders and industry leaders
  • Drive corporate revenue strategy, including pipeline development, deal conversion, and long-term partnership growth
  • Support executive-level sales efforts and negotiations, contributing to high-value partnership agreements
  • Set product and portfolio strategy, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing program investments
  • Manage budgets and financial performance in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior program leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, development, and finance teams to enable successful program execution

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, corporate programs, or employee engagement initiatives
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling programs that deliver measurable social impact and business value
  • Strong expertise in program lifecycle management, from strategy and planning to execution and evaluation
  • Experience in corporate partnership development, consulting, or revenue-generating environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams in dynamic, fast-paced settings
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills at the executive level
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with experience aligning programs to market needs
  • Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and operational oversight
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems like Salesforce, and program management platforms
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including potential international engagements
