This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling global creator economy platform, responsible for driving strategic brand partnerships and significant revenue growth across the U.S. market. You will lead high-value sales initiatives, shaping multi-million-dollar deals with global brands and agencies across industries such as FMCG, entertainment, education, and family-focused products. Operating in a remote-first and highly international environment, you will collaborate with creative, production, and account teams to deliver impactful branded content campaigns at scale. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on deal execution, requiring both commercial vision and strong negotiation capability. You will play a key role in expanding the partner portfolio, accelerating revenue streams, and shortening sales cycles through structured performance management. Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding strategic brand partnerships across the U.S. market while shaping commercial strategy and execution across multiple verticals. You will:

  • Lead end-to-end sales strategy execution with a strong focus on brand partnerships and revenue generation across digital media ecosystems
  • Build and manage relationships with agencies, brands, and key decision-makers across sectors such as FMCG, toys, education, entertainment, and family-oriented services
  • Own and grow a high-value pipeline, increasing RFP volume, improving conversion rates, and accelerating sales cycles
  • Negotiate and close complex, high-value commercial deals while improving deal structure and revenue per partnership
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative, production, and account management teams to deliver branded content solutions
  • Contribute to broader commercial strategy development and support expansion into new product and content verticals
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine sales processes to maximize efficiency and business impact

Requirements

This position requires a highly experienced sales leader with a strong track record of driving major revenue growth in digital media or agency environments. You should bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution capability, with strong leadership and negotiation skills.

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, account management, media buying, strategy, or related digital media roles
  • Proven ability to generate $10M+ annual revenue through direct and agency sales within top-tier media or agency environments
  • 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong expertise in prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex commercial deals
  • Deep understanding of digital media ecosystems, platform distribution, and branded content formats
  • Experience working with sectors such as toys, children’s media, education, FMCG, or family-oriented services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in remote and global environments
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, performance-driven settings
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to evaluate opportunities, structure deals, and manage revenue outcomes
  • Growth mindset with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across distributed teams
