Remote Senior Technical Project Manager

In this role, you will lead and manage integral programs, ensuring they align with organizational strategy and customer expectations. Your expertise will influence customer success by integrating valuable feedback into program execution. Collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, you will define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), manage resources, and identify solutions to complex technical challenges. You will mentor team members, enabling a culture of high performance and growth. Your insights will support strategic decision-making at senior leadership levels.

• Lead complex programs from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
• Embed customer feedback into program planning to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with R&D, IT, clinical stakeholders, and external partners to deliver seamless solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs while managing budgets, scope, and resources.
• Implement program management methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor senior team members to develop leadership capabilities.
• Provide strategic insights and risk assessments to senior leadership.
• Apply technical expertise in cloud adoption, SQL, and healthcare IT.

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or equivalent.
• Certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, ISCV Technical Training, and Comp TIA Security+ are preferred.
• Strong understanding of program management methodologies (PMBok, SAFe, Agile).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in stakeholder coordination and management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
