Network Innovation Lead

Honor Technology builds technology and services to improve aging-in-place care through its Home Instead franchise network. The Network Innovation Lead will run end-to-end pilots, build analytical frameworks to evaluate outcomes, and own the handoff of validated pilots into scaled programs across the franchise network, partnering with cross-functional teams, vendors, and franchise owners.

Skills

  • Strong project and program management skills with end-to-end pilot execution experience
  • Advanced quantitative and qualitative data analysis to measure pilot outcomes and inform decisions
  • Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level summaries
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and franchise partners
  • Vendor and partnership management experience
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and standardizing processes where none exist

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle of innovation pilots from design, recruitment, launch, monitoring, evaluation, and close-out
  • Create and maintain project plans, RACI matrices, risk logs, and stakeholder communications
  • Define success metrics and KPIs; collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative pilot data
  • Produce decision-ready readouts and executive summaries for leadership
  • Develop rollout and change management plans for pilots that meet scale thresholds
  • Operate intake and evaluation framework to score incoming ideas and vendor proposals
  • Serve as primary PM contact for vendors and coordinate deliverables, timelines, and data sharing
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Franchise Business Consultants, Legal, and Engineering to align pilots with enterprise priorities

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA or related master’s degree preferred (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Management/Strategy)
