Skills
- Hands-on Docker and containerized workload experience; Kubernetes familiarity preferred
- Practical cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including cloud networking concepts
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) knowledge (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Proficient in Python; familiarity with AI/ML workflows and MLOps tools is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and system-integration skills
- Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills; customer-facing experience
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and design secure deployments across cloud, on-prem, or hybrid environments
- Provide technical consultation on containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud networking, and infrastructure
- Serve as the primary post-sales technical contact to ensure customer success and scalable deployments
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues, optimize configurations, and propose improvements
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and create technical documentation for customer teams
- Capture and relay customer feedback to product, engineering, and research teams to influence roadmap
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Relevant certifications (cloud, containers, or security) are a plus
