Regional Sales Director - Florida

Garner is a fast-growing healthcare technology company transforming the healthcare economy by partnering with employers to redesign benefits and drive higher-quality, lower-cost care. We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to own revenue for our fully insured products in the 200-5,000 life segment, deepen broker and consultant partnerships, and build the processes and infrastructure to scale our fully insured sales pipeline.

Skills

  • Quota-carrying sales experience
  • Experience working with brokers, consultants, or general agents
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare or health insurance sales (preferred)
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management
  • Consultative selling and value-based sales approach
  • Ability to build processes and scale sales operations

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue and quota attainment for Garner’s fully insured product in the 200-5,000 life segment
  • Manage and expand relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, general agents, and employer partners
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure and processes to track fully insured sales and partnership pipeline
  • Present Garner’s value proposition to external stakeholders and lead sales conversations and negotiations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, operations) to close deals and onboard clients
  • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting in the CRM
  • Occasional travel to HQ and client/broker meetings as needed

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Advanced degree or industry certifications are a plus
