Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include partnering with Sales leaders to advise on effectiveness and talent strategy, evolving team structures, coaching leadership, enhancing performance frameworks, and leveraging data for informed decision-making.
Skills: The ideal candidate should have 8-12+ years of HR experience, particularly as an HR Business Partner with proficiency in organizational design, leadership coaching, and the dynamics of quota-driven revenue environments.
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include experience in high-growth SaaS companies, as well as prior success in scaling organizations during periods of transformation or GTM evolution.
Location: This position can be based remotely within the United States or at Figma's hubs in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $180,000.
The Go-to-Market (GTM) People Partners partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Product Support to scale Figma’s global revenue organization. As GTM teams operate in an increasingly unified and revenue-aligned way, People Partners play a critical role in driving alignment, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and supporting a more integrated product-led and enterprise sales motion.
In this role, you’ll serve as the dedicated People Partner for Figma’s Sales organization, working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Sales leadership team. You’ll help the organization scale effectively by strengthening leadership capability, shaping organizational design, and aligning talent strategy to revenue priorities. You’ll also collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across the People Team—including Compensation, Recruiting, Learning & Development, BEI, and People Relations—to drive high-impact initiatives that support the Sales organization.
This role offers the opportunity to shape how leadership, performance culture, and talent strategy evolve as Figma’s global revenue organization continues to grow.
