Responsibilities
- Gather and document functional and technical requirements
- Create wireframes and assist with UX translation
- Develop test documentation and acceptance criteria
- Author technical documentation and runbooks
- Provide Tier I customer support and triage issues
- Coordinate with development teams and intersecting stakeholders
- Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and support Agile ceremonies
- Propose and help implement process improvements
- Mentor and guide junior team members as needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required)
- Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience
