Senior IT Project Manager
Skills
- 8–12+ years project management experience in IT services, MSP, or consulting
- Proven experience with client-facing technical projects involving infrastructure, cloud, or Microsoft technologies
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and Intune
- Familiarity with Active Directory and endpoint management
- Networking fundamentals: firewalls, switches, VPNs, wireless
- Experience with project management platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate engineering teams and manage technical dependencies
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing technical projects (cloud migrations, Microsoft 365 implementations, infrastructure upgrades, network deployments)
- Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations and communication
- Plan, schedule, and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, scope, and budget
- Coordinate internal resources across Support, Systems, Security, and Field Services to execute work
- Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies; escalate when necessary
- Document scope, configurations, decisions, and handoffs to support teams
- Provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Drive accountability across teams to ensure projects meet client expectations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, PSM) are a plus
- Equivalent professional experience in lieu of a degree is accepted
