Responsibilities
- Drive technical execution of development programs from concept through delivery and ensure engineering deliverables meet contractual and technical standards
- Serve as the interface between Program Managers, engineering functional teams, and DoD customers to align requirements and priorities
- Own end-to-end technical scope, program planning, risk management, and delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent programs
- Develop and implement lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for scope, risk, and schedule management to enable rapid iteration
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with government customers to shape requirements and accelerate fielding
- Coordinate internal and external teams, subcontractors, and partners to resolve technical dependencies and remove impediments
- Represent technical program status to senior leadership and support decision-making with clear analysis and recommendations
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (technical background preferred)
- Ability to obtain and maintain active U.S. Secret security clearance
