Skills
- Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance (must be able to maintain)
- Strong verbal and written communication for technical and executive audiences
- Experience deploying and integrating complex hardware-software systems, preferably in aerospace/defense
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Experience engaging DoD/IC customers and government stakeholders
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, resource-constrained, rapidly evolving environments
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical extension of program leadership with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain a real-time understanding of technical progress, critical paths, and integration status across multiple activities and business lines
- Identify and bridge communication gaps between teams (Space, Sensing, Propulsion, Hardware, Software, etc.)
- Proactively surface technical risks, integration challenges, and emerging issues to senior technical leadership
- Organize and facilitate technical reviews, integration sessions, and cross-team deep dives
- Synthesize technical details into clear, actionable insights for technical and executive audiences
- Travel as needed multiple times per quarter to support program activities and integration events
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in an Engineering discipline (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Systems Engineering)
