Responsibilities
- Act as subject-matter expert in sourcing, web-scraping, data extraction, and process automation to discover and engage candidates
- Own and drive full-cycle hiring strategy, communication, and reporting for Production/Manufacturing engineering roles
- Conduct a high volume of interviews and manage interview-to-offer conversion through strong candidate assessment
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and targeted outreach campaigns
- Build talent maps and market insights to inform sourcing and engagement strategies
- Drive diverse pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Represent Anduril’s employer brand externally and internally at a high standard
- Collaborate cross-functionally with talent partners and hiring managers to sell the value proposition and refine hiring practices
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- HR/recruiting certifications (e.g., AIRS, SHRM) are a plus
- Continued professional development in recruiting and sourcing techniques encouraged
