Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware roles (Electrical, Mechanical, Firmware engineers) across the TRS division.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, shaping hiring strategy and roadmaps.
- Design and optimize sourcing strategies using advanced prospecting, automation, and ATS workflows.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines, track metrics (sourcing outreach, offer/close rates), and report on results.
- Drive process improvements and ensure adherence to recruiting systems for accurate reporting and strategy.
- Manage multiple concurrent hiring priorities with clear communication of objectives and timelines.
Education
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
