- Expert C/C++ development and systems programming

- Familiarity with embedded, edge, and disconnected device constraints
- Strong debugging, metrics, and monitoring skills
- Ability to work with customers and deploy software in operational environments
- Active or maintainable U.S. Top Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end software solutions from design through customer deployment
- Write, test, and maintain high-performance C++ (and Go) code for embedded, edge, and distributed systems
- Integrate software across product teams to ensure seamless mission capability
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to translate requirements into features
- Create and analyze metrics for debugging, monitoring, and operational health
- Make pragmatic engineering trade-offs to deliver reliable, deployable systems
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MS/PhD) preferred but not required
- Relevant professional experience in mission-critical or defense software
