Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and report system-level test campaigns for Eagle Eye, NGC2, and related products across lab and field environments.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to test engineers through system integration, developmental, operational, and customer acceptance tests.
- Define and execute verification strategies using requirements-based, scenario-based, and operationally relevant methodologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with Program Management, Engineering, SEIT, test ranges, and external agencies; run TRRs and manage test incidents/deficiencies.
- Drive data-driven evaluations with measurable test coverage metrics and traceability from requirements to validation.
- Represent programs at customer reviews, readiness boards, and milestone decision points; ensure disciplined execution in austere and controlled environments.
- Support travel for test execution (up to 50%) and maintain required security clearance eligibility.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required)
- Advanced degree in related field (preferred)
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret security clearance
