Senior Agile Delivery-AI Proprietary Models + AI Hub (P4572)

84.51° is a retail data science, insights and media company powering Kroger and partners with first-party shopper data and advanced analytics. The AI Enablement team is building foundational AI capabilities for 84.51° and Kroger; we seek a Senior Agile Delivery lead to orchestrate delivery across two AI Proprietary Models sub-squads and one AI Hub squad, enabling cross-team alignment, removing blockers, and evolving Agile practices for research and data-science workflows.

Skills

  • Hands-on Jira experience for backlog, epic, story, and reporting management
  • Strong knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) with ability to adapt to research workflows
  • Proven organization and multi-priority management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate technical and non-technical details
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (engineers, data scientists, product managers)
  • Risk identification and escalation skills; ability to remove blockers quickly
  • Comfort with ambiguity and resourcefulness in changing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate cross-team dependencies and alignment across two AI Proprietary Models sub-squads and the AI Hub squad
  • Adapt and evolve Agile processes to fit data science, research, and engineering workflows (beyond traditional sprints when needed)
  • Manage and maintain Jira boards (stories, epics, initiatives) to ensure clear visibility of progress and priorities
  • Facilitate ceremonies: stand-ups, planning, refinement, and retrospectives, driving clear ownership and outcomes
  • Report progress, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders and escalate when intervention is required
  • Partner with Product Managers to balance scope, plan appropriately, and maintain sustainable delivery pace
  • Remove impediments, reduce friction, and champion continuous improvement across teams

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
