Talent Partner

The Talent Partner will act as a strategic recruiting advisor to business leaders, driving end-to-end hiring strategies for revenue-generating and high-impact roles while building strong candidate pipelines and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Skills

  • Full-cycle recruiting expertise across functions, including GTM and revenue roles
  • Strong stakeholder partnership and senior leadership engagement
  • Sourcing and passive candidate outreach using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and recruitment analytics
  • Compensation benchmarking and offer negotiation for Go-to-Market roles
  • Data-driven, process-oriented recruiting approach

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, competencies, and role requirements and execute aligned hiring strategies.
  • Advise stakeholders on market insights, talent availability, and competitive hiring approaches.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned functions and geographies, owning requisitions from requisition creation to offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines via sourcing, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Design and run targeted outreach and engagement campaigns using tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with TA leadership on employer branding and content strategies to attract top Sales and GTM talent.
  • Conduct structured candidate evaluations and ensure a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Partner with Talent Coordinators to streamline interview scheduling and process efficiency.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress to inform strategy and reporting.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Relevant recruiting or HR certifications a plus (optional)
