We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This role is crucial for driving the growth of our business by identifying and securing new opportunities within the staffing and recruitment sectors.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify potential clients, reaching out to prospects, and fostering strong relationships that lead to long-term partnerships. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients and help meet their staffing needs.

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the staffing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
