As an Enterprise AI Delivery Manager – RCM, you will combine deep domain expertise across end-to-end revenue cycle workflows with strong integration, compliance, and automation capabilities. You will lead complex, multi-million-dollar deployments of Contiinex’s agentic AI platforms across large healthcare enterprises, ensuring delivery excellence, regulatory compliance, and measurable business impact.
You will work closely with provider leadership, payer stakeholders, and internal product and engineering teams to drive digital transformation through AI-powered speech intelligence and specialized SLM-driven automation.
• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise RCM automation programs using Contiinex’s AI platforms
• Lead large-scale deployments across eligibility, prior authorization, claims, AR follow-ups, denials, and payment posting workflows
• Manage complex integrations with EHR/PM systems, payer portals, clearinghouses, telephony platforms, and enterprise data systems
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer rules, and enterprise security standards
• Drive program governance, SLA management, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder communication
• Measure and report business outcomes including automation ROI, AR improvement, denial reduction, and cost-to-collect optimization
• Partner with product and engineering teams to translate operational requirements into scalable AI solutions
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• MBA or advanced healthcare / technology certifications preferred
• 8+ years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management with ownership of end-to-end RCM delivery
• Proven experience leading large, multi-million-dollar enterprise healthcare or insurance programs
• Hands-on experience delivering RCM transformation initiatives using AI, automation, analytics, or digital platforms
• Deep understanding of front-, mid-, and back-end RCM workflows
• Strong knowledge of payer behaviors, clearinghouse processes, and reimbursement rules
• Experience working with EHR / PM systems (Epic, Cerner, Athena, NextGen, etc.)
• Working knowledge of healthcare integration standards (X12 EDI, HL7, FHIR)
• Experience operating in HIPAA-compliant, PHI-sensitive enterprise environments
• Strong client-facing leadership skills with ability to engage senior executives
• Excellent communication skills with a strong bias toward execution and outcomes
• Work at the forefront of applied AI in healthcare
• Lead transformation programs with real operational and financial impact
• Collaborate with deep domain experts, AI architects, and product innovators
• Build scalable, next-generation AI delivery models for global enterprises
