SweetRush is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect for a W2 hourly contract position to enhance the Customer Support infrastructure. This hybrid role is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and requires strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud solutions and automation.
Responsibilities: You will design end-to-end support workflows, configure intelligent routing for cases, build advanced Salesforce flows, design service level management processes, and develop dashboards to improve customer support efficiency.
Skills: Required skills include architectural expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, proficiency in Salesforce flows, and experience with Experience Cloud and system integrations (e.g., Jira, Telephony).
Qualifications: Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications and a background in transport/logistics.
Location: This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $80 - $130 per hour.
