People & Talent Specialist - fully remote!

Inflect is a fast-growing marketplace and advisory platform that simplifies how companies buy and sell digital infrastructure (datacenter, cloud, and network services). The People & Talent Specialist will operate primarily as a full‑cycle recruiter (75%) and support people operations and onboarding initiatives (25%), acting as a culture guardian focused on high-quality, equitable hiring and exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑lifecycle recruiting: craft job descriptions, post roles, source candidates, screen, and present top talent to hiring managers
  • Conduct resume reviews, video evaluations, and initial phone screens to ensure candidate quality
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics to deliver a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS and track recruiting metrics
  • Design and improve onboarding and Day 1 experiences for new hires
  • Partner with VP of People Operations on HR tasks, compliance, and employee experience projects
  • Create and deliver interviewer training to reduce bias and raise interview quality
  • Drive DEI-focused sourcing strategies to build equitable and inclusive talent pipelines
  • Serve as a culture ambassador and guardian during hiring and onboarding processes

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Relevant HR or recruiting certifications are a plus (not required)
