Responsibilities include
Plan, monitor, and control projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and exceeding managed customer expectations.
Manage relationships to grow select accounts, serving as the primary interface from RFQ through delivery.
Drive programs for select accounts to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets.
Minimum Requirements
4-year college degree
5+ years of relevant sales experience; related industry and B2B experience
Experience in electronics contract manufacturing
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and relationship management skills.
Attention to detail, a commitment to producing high-quality work, and delighting customers.
ERP system experience
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Requirement
4 year college degree in business, marketing, or engineering
Custom contract manufacturing experience
Experience managing new product introductions, new process development, and volume production
Project management and Gantt chart experience
Experience quoting electronics manufacturing
Technical Sales experience
Micro-electronics experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000.In addition to your salary, H.B. Fuller offers employees a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive benefits, incentive and recognitions programs, health & wellness benefits, 401K contributions, paid time off and paid holidays. Eligibility may vary.
