Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience: One (1) year of professional secretarial, clerical, coordinator, or administrative experience.
Other: Additional work experience as defined above may be substituted on a year for year basis for up to four (4) years of the required education.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record-keeping.
Skill in oral and written communication.
Skill in the use of Microsoft Office products.
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments.
Preferences:
Strong attention to detail; ability to connect systems and processes to understand the bigger picture; ability to work independently; Workday and/or HR experience; ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
