EAM Delivery Lead - Rail, Track
Location: Philadelphia (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
Compensation: $100-$140/hour (1099)
Term: 12+ month contract
Overview
This senior leadership role directs Track-focused EAM delivery workstreams within a major, multi-year transportation modernization program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multi-discipline Track delivery teams.
- Drive roadmap execution, engineering engagement, and prioritization alignment.
- Maintain high-quality communication and stakeholder alignment.
- Guide business process adoption and Track-related configuration oversight.
- Own scope management and risk/issue oversight.
Minimum
- 10 Years of experience leading large-scale multi-discipline programs.
- Deep EAM implementation experience.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Philadelphia, PA.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Preferred
- Rail project delivery experience.
- Maximo experience.
