We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who can own end-to-end hiring for our most critical technical roles. This person will be instrumental in building our engineering, AI/ML, and product teams during a pivotal stage of growth.
Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including Backend, AI/ML, Voice AI, and Product Engineering
Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to define role scope, hiring strategy, and ideal candidate profiles
Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber candidates
Run structured, high-signal interview processes that prioritize talent density and speed
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch through close
Manage pipelines, track metrics, and continuously improve recruiting processes
Act as a talent advisor, helping shape hiring decisions, compensation, and org design
5+ years of experience in technical recruiting (startup or high-growth environment preferred)
Proven track record of hiring strong engineers, especially in backend, AI/ML, and systems roles
Exceptional sourcing skills and creativity in finding hard-to-reach talent
Strong judgment and ability to assess technical talent, even without being an engineer
High ownership mindset. You move quickly and don’t wait for direction
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders and candidates
Experience closing competitive candidates in fast-moving environments
Background in agency recruiting or executive search
Experience at an early-stage startup (Series A or earlier)
Familiarity with healthcare or healthtech

The base salary for this role ranges from $130,000-$160,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
