Responsibilities
- Coordinate software development projects across multiple programs within the RAID portfolio
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and track program execution
- Prepare technical reports, status briefings, and deliverables for sponsors and internal reviews
- Manage program budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation
- Track and manage program risks, issues, and action items; develop and execute mitigation strategies
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, leadership, and customers
- Lead proposal development efforts including technical approach and scheduling
- Interface with sponsor Program Managers, technical points of contact, and customer stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and government regulations
- Coordinate staff planning and collaborate with operations teams (contracts, finance, security, IT/IA) to support programs
- Support travel (~20%) for customer meetings, program reviews, and integration events
Education
- BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
- Experience requirement varies by degree (BS +7 years, MS +5 years, PhD +2 years)
